Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Belly

Wrap the tape around the widest part of your bump. Don't pull tight — let it rest naturally.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20cm below your waist.

🌿 Maya Tip

Most of our pieces feature adjustable ties, elastic panels, and wrap silhouettes — so they flex with you from bump to postpartum. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size for a more fitted look, or the larger for a flowy bohemian drape.

Fit Guide by Trimester

First Trimester

Weeks 1–12

Your body is just beginning to change. Most mamas can wear their pre-pregnancy size comfortably.

  • Order your usual pre-pregnancy size
  • Wrap tops & dresses work beautifully
  • Kaftans for all-day comfort

Second Trimester

Weeks 13–26

The bump is showing! Our stretchy fabrics and adjustable ties will accommodate your growing belly.

  • Stick with pre-pregnancy size
  • Palazzo sets give room to grow
  • Empire waist dresses are your friend

Third Trimester

Weeks 27–40

Full bloom! If you've gained significantly, consider sizing up. Our maxi dresses and kaftans are especially forgiving.

  • Size up if bust has grown 2+ cup sizes
  • Kaftans & maxis for maximum comfort
  • Nursing wear for postpartum transition
